> COASTAL EXPEDITIONS FOUNDATION
Throughout the year, the Coastal Expeditions Foundation reaches out to the Charleston community to help where we are seeing a need.
These outings take you to places like bird sanctuaries to do a beach sweep before nesting season or out to Bulls Island to do trail maintenance, kayaking on a creek sweep or advocating for change like we did on the Save Crab Bank Paddle!
Come out on a scheduled outing–or create a corporate project that allows your team to give back!

“We are trying to champion a cause to keep human beings connected to Earth.”

Forest Clean Up
Every winter, Palmetto Pride organizes a clean up of Francis Marion National Forest in Awendaw, South Carolina.
Community members and groups work together to remove illegal dumps throughout the 250,000 acres of this biological diverse national forest. If you’re looking for volunteer opportunities, this is a great way to get involved!
