AFTER SCHOOL EXPLORERS
When the school day ends, the adventure begins. Our After School Explorers program gives kids the chance to get outside, get moving, and get curious. Based at our Shem Creek and Daniel Island outposts, each afternoon is filled with hands-on experiences in the natural world—kayaking, crabbing, birdwatching, beachcombing, and learning about the ecosystems right in their backyard.

Shem Creek Explorers
Trade homework for hermit crabs and math class for marshes. Our after school adventures turn curious kids into confident explorers, with plenty of mud, laughter, and wildlife along the way. Every week is a new chance to get outside, learn something cool, and make nature your playground.
