Crab Bank Litter Sweep | For Boeing Employees & Families

Coastal Expeditions on Shem Creek 514 Mill Street, Mount Pleasant, SC, United States

Boeing SC employees and their families are invited participate in a beach sweep of Crab Bank Seabird Sanctuary - a safe haven for seabirds and shorebirds.  Crab Bank is closed to the public from March 15 to October 15 each year during nesting season.  We'll be working as a group to remove litter that has wash onto the island during this time.   Service opportunity for Boeing Team members and their families Includes boat transportation to Crab Bank Seabird Sanctuary Family-friendly Meet at Coastal Expedition's Shem Creek Headquarters (514 Mill Street, Suite B., Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464) The Coastal Expeditions Foundation will provide all clean up materials for the Morris Island Beach Sweep. Please dress for the weather and wear close-toed shoes and a hat.  Bring a filled water bottle.

Bulls Island Service Project | For Boeing + Coastal Warriors

Join the Coastal Expeditions Foundation's Coastal Warriors and Boeing SC for a comprehensive beach sweep and spartina planting on Bulls Island, located within Cape Romain National Wildlife Refuge. Departing from Garris Landing, this family-friendly volunteer event is a great way to take care of the place that takes care of us and our fellow earthlings! Service opportunity for Boeing Team members and their families; not open to the public Includes boat transportation to Bulls Island Family-friendly Meet at Garris Landing (498 Bulls Island Road, Awendaw, SC 29464) Parking is limited, so carpooling is recommended. The Coastal Expeditions Foundation will provide all cleanup materials and spartina planting supplies. Please dress for the weather and wear close-toed shoes and a hat.  Bring a filled water bottle.
