Join Babiators and Coastal Expeditions for a beach clean up of one of Charleston’s best family beaches, Sullivans Island! Sullivans Island Beach Sweep Date: FRIDAY, MAY 29TH, 2026 Time: 4-6 P.M.Meetup Location: Sullivans Island Elementary (2014 Mike Perkis Pl, Sullivans Island, SC 29482)Parking is available in the school parking lot or off the side streets in the area! All ages, family event! Coastal Expeditions Foundation will provide supplies for the beach clean up. Join The Coastal Expeditions Foundation for a comprehensive litter sweep of Sullivans Island. This family-friendly volunteer event is a great way to take care of the places that take care of us! Family-friendly 80 spots available!  Meet at Sullivans Island Elementary (2014 Mike Perkis, Place, Sullivans Island, SC 29482) Parking is available in the school parking lot or off the side streets in the area. We will initially gather in front of the school to go over the itinerary for the day and walk down the beach together. The Coastal Expeditions Foundation will provide all cleanup materials. Please dress for the weather and wear close-toed shoes and a hat.  Bring a filled water bottle.   (community)
