Why Us
All Coastal Expeditions boats are inspected annually by the U.S. Coast Guard and are issued Certificates of Inspection (COI’s). This ensures that each boat is safe and up-to-date for our tours and charters.
Coastal Expeditions captains hold U.S.C.G. 25/50/100 ton Master Captain licenses and have extensive commercial experience. These licenses are renewed yearly.
Coastal Expeditions has been leading boat tours and charters since 1992. With a reputation for safety and an emphasis on environmental stewardship, Coastal Expeditions is a leader in ecotourism and educational field trips.
A portion of every tour and charter is donated to the Coastal Expeditions Foundation, supporting local loggerhead sea turtle nests, seabird nesting islands and environmental education.
