SEWE is this weekend!

In other words, the saltwater in our veins really gets moving.
At SEWE, we get to share our love for this Lowcountry landscape and demonstrate our mission statement of conservation and education. At the heart of it all, we use kayaking as a way to let you experience the natural world intimately, without leaving an impact.
Some of the fun things we’ve got going on this year? For starters, we’re giving away a private Boat Charter into the Charleston Harbor! A $400 value, this is an opportunity to cruise down Shem Creek from our flagship store in Mount Pleasant and into the harbor for breathtaking views of the Holy City skyline, Ravenel Bridge, Fort Sumter and Patriots Point. Along the way, your captain will weave together stories of Charleston History and make sure that you don’t miss a chance to see a pod of dolphins or a formation of Brown Pelicans.
We’ll have tables and shelves full of artifacts for you to pick up and touch– like a huge Alligator skull, shark teeth, whelk egg casings, jawbones and more. It’s an interactive experience where you can get a feel for how it would be to go on a Coastal Expeditions tour.
