Core, Balance and Strength through On-water Fitness
Get your friends, wedding party or fitness group together for an hour of strength, flexibility, and balance training. While basking in the the beauty of Charleston Harbor and in the company of pelicans, dolphins, and manatees, your instructor will combine aspects of pilates, yoga, and paddling techniques to create a unique full-body workout designed to strengthen the muscles and increase stability.
All levels are welcome and each class will be tailored to the needs of your group. No paddling, pilates, or yoga experience is required; We will provide all the instruction you need.
Our full-service campus on Shem Creek has changing rooms with showers for your pre- and post-workout needs.
$200 for up to 10 people
