ADAPTIVE
PADDLING

ENJOY FREEDOM ON THE WATER
surrounded by the beauty of the Lowcountry

Kayaking is a lifetime sport that can be enjoyed by people of all ages, experience and abilities. Water is the great equalizer, and participating in a kayak tour allows you to experience the gentle creeks and estuaries that wind through the Charleston area in a way that can't be matched.

If you or someone in your group has a disability, look through our tours and choose one that is the most appealing.  Our professional guides will work with you to create an outing on the water that is enjoyable and comfortable.

We will adapt our standard equipment or use a specially modified kayak to compensate for any function lost due to disability.  This includes changes to the paddle grip or seat support within the kayak.  Prior to the tour, we'll teach you the basics of kayaking, just as we do on all of our tours.
