CORE, BALANCE AND STRENGTH
Get your friends, wedding party or fitness group together for an hour of strength, flexibility, and balance training. Get out on the water for a SUPfit class on paddleboards, or stay on land with a Yoga class that has been modified for the beach! All levels are welcome and each class will be tailored to the needs of your group. No paddling, pilates, or yoga experience is required; We will provide all the instruction you need.
While basking in the the beauty of Charleston Harbor and in the company of pelicans, dolphins, and manatees, your instructor will combine aspects of pilates, yoga, and paddling techniques to create a unique full-body workout designed to strengthen the muscles and increase stability.
Resident Yogi Caroline will meet you at the beach or at your preferred location for an hour of gentle yoga, suited for all skill levels. This is a good stand-alone activity or as an addition to a group kayak tour or multi-day expedition.
$200 for up to 10 people
(larger groups can be accommodated, call for prices)
This class is adaptable for all skill and fitness levels. In the spirit of Yoga, you will be encouraged to push yourself as far as you want to go, with adaptations to modify poses.
WHAT TO WEAR
Your instructor, Caroline, will have on workout gear (shorts, tank top, sports bra), but you can wear whatever you are comfortable in as long as you don't mind it getting wet! Yoga pants, bathing suits, etc.
WHAT TO BRING
Drinking water and sunscreen. We've got the rest.
Caroline Bradner is an experienced guide at Coastal Expeditions with a certification in Yoga. She combines her passion for paddleboarding with her love for fitness and the natural world.
