If you're looking for a guide that is well-versed in plantation history, ask for Geoff-- he's a perpetual student.

"Our guided tour of Wambaw Creek was awesome! Paddling the black water creeks was amazing, and our stop at Hampton Plantation for lunch was like a step back in time. Without a shadow of a doubt, the thing that made our trip truly extraordinary was our guides. Geoff and Greg are simply the best. It was apparent that they both possess a great deal of love and passion for their jobs, the environment, and history. They were both extremely knowledgeable, super friendly, and funny. During our six hour trip, we learned more about our state's history, local fauna, and plant life than I ever thought possible. We had a blast and cannot wait to go on another adventure with these guys!"
